How do I start planning a trip?
Choose a journey, or send us a custom request with your preferred dates, party size and interests. Your request is saved with a reference so you can follow its progress.
Does submitting a request confirm my booking?
A request starts a conversation. Your quotation explains the arrangements and terms. Supplier confirmation and any payment verification are separate steps; an enquiry alone never confirms a booking.
Can you help with an inbound group or delegation?
Use the delegation brief to describe arrivals, the group schedule, accommodation and transport needs. Detailed participant information is requested privately only when it is needed.
Can I book a flight online here?
You can request an airfare quotation and discuss arrangements with our team. Live fare search, online checkout and automatic ticket issuance are not currently available. An enquiry or quotation is separate from an issued airline ticket.
Where can I find cancellation terms?
The applicable terms are included with your quotation. You can submit a change or cancellation request from your journey record; approval and any refund depend on the actual supplier and agreed policy.
