Submitting an enquiry starts a planning process. It does not hold a fare, secure accommodation, confirm a booking or issue a ticket. Quotations have a stated validity period.
Confirmation and payment
Supplier confirmation, payment verification and ticket issuance are separate events. A receipt or quote acceptance alone must not be interpreted as all arrangements being complete.
Travel preparation
Travellers should review the itinerary, passport and entry requirements relevant to their journey. Entry and visa decisions remain with the appropriate authorities.

Contact info@watt.com.pk or the telephone numbers on our contact page with your request or booking reference and a clear description of the issue. Keep a copy of the written quotation and communications. Do not send card details or identity documents with an initial message.
