We collect the contact details, travel preferences and information you choose to share so that the team can respond and prepare arrangements. Do not include passport or payment information in an initial enquiry.
Private travel documents
Do not send passport scans, identity documents or payment details through an enquiry or ordinary email. Document uploads are currently unavailable. If a document is needed for an arrangement, ask our team to explain the purpose and the approved method before sharing it.
Communication choices
Service messages support an existing request. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn.
Hosting and service providers
The website and its records are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Business email is handled by our domain mail host. Relevant information may be shared with a travel supplier when needed to prepare or fulfil an arrangement discussed with you; this can involve processing outside Pakistan. Public destination photographs are hosted with the website rather than loaded from advertising networks.
Your information and choices
Request information is used for responding, preparing quotations, managing the journey, preventing misuse and keeping necessary business records. Contact info@watt.com.pk to ask about access, correction, deletion or the information needed for a particular service. Some records may need to be kept for an active arrangement, dispute or legal obligation. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
