An assisted flight request tells the team what to investigate; it is not a live quotation or ticket purchase. Useful information at this stage is simple and non-sensitive. Share the route, dates or flexibility, group size and service needs rather than payment or identity documents.
Describe the route precisely
State departure and arrival cities, whether the journey is one-way or return, and any flexibility. Give adult, child and infant counts without posting full birth dates publicly. Include cabin and baggage preferences and any separately booked onward travel that the team should understand.
Check before accepting
When a current option is supplied, review traveller-name requirements, taxes, fees, baggage, changes and validity. Do not make irreversible onward arrangements based only on an enquiry acknowledgement. Ask the team to confirm the fare conditions and the steps needed for actual ticket issuance.
