A clear rooming plan helps a family or group understand the proposal. Start with who shares a room, the number of nights in each location and any accessibility needs. Keep these practical arrangements distinct from current visa, permit and other official requirements.

Make occupancy explicit

Ask for the property, room category, occupancy, bedding and meal basis in the quotation. Tell the team which family members must stay together and whether any arrangement needs clarification. Do not infer a hotel, room distance or accessible facility from a stock photograph.

Join the movements together

Check arrival, intercity and departure transfers, luggage allowance for the arranged vehicle and the nominated contact. Ask how a delayed arrival changes the plan. For current official Umrah requirements, use Nusuk and relevant authorities; this is not religious or legal advice.

Reference desk

References support planning; check the current official requirements for your actual journey. No admission, safety or visa outcome is guaranteed.
